In one TikTokwhich he published, gave his advice on how we should treat people who have a problem with their sight.
“If you are going to help them, the first thing you should do is ask: “Do you need help?” Because the times I’ve been grabbed and pulled down a street or pulled up some stairs or pulled off a train are really ridiculous.he says.

“So you should first ask someone if they need help, don’t assume, even if you mean well. If you’re going to approach just to ask a question, it’s probably best to make it very clear that you’re talking to them. I ignore a lot of people when they talk to me, simply because I don’t know they’re talking to me.
Sometimes a gentle touch on the hand is okay, some people don’t like that. I think ultimately, as long as you treat someone who is blind or visually impaired as a human being, as a normal person, then you’re not going to make a mistake.»
