A American Youtuber who stayed sober for 1,000 days revealed the surprising things he discovered on his journey to sobriety.
After spending 1,000 days in just over two and a half years sober, Clark revealed that he felt a host of physical benefits, which included: better sleep, greater mental clarity and no longer experiencing the dreaded “stress of… hangman».
