Just before the Bucks’ preseason begins, newlywed Giannis Antetokounmpo is making sure to stay in shape. In addition to weights, aerobic training and of course basketball, the Greek Freak’s training program also included pilates!
The 30-year-old NBA superstar visited a specialized center in Alimos – wearing a Greek National Team jersey, of course – and showed that even a 2.11 body can comfortably do this type of exercise.
