Clutter, as much as we don’t want to believe it, is linked to mental health
Mental health is something we are very concerned about in 2024. And with it, the ways in which we can positively influence our inner world are high on our priorities. For most of us, however, it seems that organizing and tidying up the space helps us a lot psychologically. Research proves this.
Clutter, as much as we don’t want to believe it, is linked to mental health. Why? Because it can have a negative impact on the way we see ourselves and our lives, in general.
