A court in Singapore has ruled against a woman who allegedly entered her brother’s room at night to clean.

Even if he sometimes left early, he would come back in the middle of the night and clean until morning,” he noted.

The younger brother confirmed to the judge his sister’s strange cleaning schedule, adding that his brother often ran to lock the door to his room just to prevent her from entering. However, she rarely took no for an answer and usually found a way to get into the room to do so clean up. When asked why he insisted on it cleans her brother’s room, the woman simply said she “had to.”

She tried to explain that she was cleaning her brother’s room against his will because he didn’t clean it himself and it was quite dirty.

However, the judge rejected her explanation, stating that “both parties are adults and it was not necessary for the sister to impose her own standards of hygiene.”
