While most dogs are good pets, some create a more intense character, making them easy to go viral. They want to. Something that pet owners usually call as “sassy dogs” “demanding furries”, “divas” and other good things. It is important to first make sure that these are dogs.
A hilarious video posted on TikTok in March under the name treacle_thecockapoo revealed what the proud parent believes are the nine key signs that your dog is being sassy with most online commenters agreeing and of course amplifying.
Signs include avoiding eye contact with you (keep a face), refusing to come in when you call his name (especially on the trigger), running in front of you (common, a sign of who’s in command), walking away when his you talk and him jumping in your seat and refusing to move. It is very common that if you have trained them not to play like dogs (biting lightly), they prefer to seek attention with their paws.
But that’s not all, most dogs are usually professionals at sideways glances as well, pouting when you do any activity without them or telling you and barking if you argue with them, don’t do what they want or ignore them.

These are all character traits and completely normal, enjoy them
Some dogs are naturally more trainable or intelligent than others, but that doesn’t mean that little fluffy brats can’t be trained. All experts agree that dogs do not respond well to punishment. Instead, the best way to train your dog is through the use of positive training. Treats, toys and cuddles.
When using this training method, owners ignore their puppy’s unwanted behaviors while simultaneously rewarding the good behaviors they want to see more of. The most important thing is to avoid punishment, because dogs are not able to understand it and it can even make them aggressive. A dog has unlimited potential for learning words and commands as long as you have the time, patience, repetition and treats.
The video quickly went viral on social media, receiving viewers from all over TikTok. So far it has received over 2.4 million views and 218,700 likes on the platform. The dog is by far man’s most loyal and best friend, being able to “read” our expressions and the tone of our voice. But sometimes he can be fooled by actors.
