Have you ever been on the subway and suddenly one of the AirPods your “dying”? It’s definitely one of the craziest things when one of the AirPods you run out of battery sooner than later – especially when you put them together to charge.
This particular “accident” happens quite often, with users lashing out on social media every day, unable to understand why it’s happening.

Why does one AirPod “die” faster than the other?
The most common reason behind uneven battery condition can be due to contact problems inside the charging case.
“When you place them AirPods inside, it’s possible that one won’t make full contact with the charging pins,” the video explains.
This means that its battery AirPods drains slowly instead of charging.
However, there is an easy fix for this. Using a cotton swab, simply clean the inside of the case around the metal pins – even if there is no visible dirt. It will definitely help since the device will make better contact.
