A… terrifying experience seems to have been experienced by one of our compatriots, who chose to take a cheap Christmas vacation in Budapest.

A few cities in Europe they can compete with Budapest as Christmas destination. Its capital Hungary transforms in the period of Christmas in a fairytale city, full of lights, decorations and festive smells that flood every corner.

Taking a walk in the city one can encounter almost all the architectural rhythms of Europe. Baroque, Art Nouveau, Gothic, Neo-Gothic, Neo-Renaissance, Neoclassical and Soviet are the styles that make up her image Budapest. Buildings from past centuries are scattered all over the city and give the capital of Hungary an… eerie beauty.

In fact, in recent years many old buildings, which have not been renovated inside and out, have been turned into Airbnb, with the owners making thousands of euros every year, effectively exploiting the city’s history and… past.

A Greek tourist, who apparently did not want to waste a lot of money on accommodation, decided to stay in such a building. In a viral video on TikTok showed the Airbnb being shut down in Budapest and, as one person rightly wrote in the comments, the clip is reminiscent of the worst horror movie…

Peeled walls, rusted railings and broken windows make up a scene straight out of the creepiest thriller…

The comments under the video fell “rain”, with many users wondering if our compatriot finally stayed in the “accommodation” or spent the night somewhere else.
