We are still organic beings and our brains are completely wired into this artificial device. We are not cyborgs yet. The fact that our existence is tied to this piece of technology is awful. Even in situations where we are actually living life, when we get out of our routine, when we go on a trip, when we go on vacation, we are still trapped in the same cycle of unhealthy behaviors“, he continued.

He also added that even when we travel, we spend all our time on our phones and what we miss on social media. “We no longer essentially live life in our physical space. We live life through the phone. This is why life does not resemble reality because we are no longer in reality“, he added and gave a piece of advice to his followers.
