“Incredible first episode” they write about the return of Sakis Tanimanidis and Giorgos Mavridis

It may have been 10 years since the successful “World Party» organized by George Mavridis and him Saki Tanimanidis and that there was a big “break” in the friendship of the two men, but their return to television with their new travel show “The Reunion» impressed the viewers.

The first episode featured their journey to Uganda and focused on three experiences that excited and moved viewers. Initially the two friends and co-hosts visited them gorillas in their natural environment, showing unique footage.

This was followed by a visit to Ghetto Kidsa group of young Ugandan dancers known for their original choreography and positive influence through dance. These children have gained international recognition and use dance to overcome the difficulties of their lives in the poor suburbs.

The episode ended with a spectacular descent of the two men into the waterfalls. And while as Sakis Tanimanidis pointed out, there was an embarrassment at the beginning of the trip, due to the distance he had in recent years with Giorgos Mavridis, but this particular experience, as he said, brought them closer than ever.

The new show managed to “climb” to the top of the Greek X trends. Several people emphasized the uniqueness of the show, underlining that it has given “another meaning in travel shows”.

The impressive footage did not go unnoticed, as viewers expressed their satisfaction at seeing the beloved friends in action again after so many years of absence from Greek television.
