In a surprising and controversial trend, some of her fans care and its supporters wellness have begun to they eat soilclaiming to provide various benefits for health and her beauty.

Don’t over sanitize your kids hands if they are dirty from natural spaces! OR geophagia refers to the intentional consumption of earth materials, and recent scientific research suggests there may be some truth to the purported health benefits. Scientists even speculate that incorporating soil into the diet could reduce reliance on livestock and dairy products.

Previous studies have shown that the soil consumption can help to reduction of body fat and in fight obesity. Specialists from University of Helsinki they also noted that exposure to natural soil and plant-based materials can enhance microbial diversity on the skin, potentially improving skin health and boosting the immune system.
