A fan of Stelios Kazantzidis showed his dozens of CDs on TikTok and “told” it to the young people who learned the great folk bard from the film.
“I exist” gallops non-stop and by the end of the week it will have surpassed, in less than a month of screening, “Happiness” and “Another World” (from 668,000 tickets). Thus, the goal of one million no longer seems unattainable, something that in the last 50 years only “Loofah and Variation: Mermaids of the Aegean”, “Citizen Kitchen” and “Safe Sex” have achieved.
His touching story Stelios Kazantzidisof a child of a Pontic refugee family who managed to survive and prosper thanks to his immense talent and against all social and personal difficulties, has shocked viewers, who idolize her on social media, which makes more and more people want to to see her.
“I exist” has now gone viral on TikTok, with hundreds of users uploading the song to the platform to have their say on it film. This particular track is now playing everywhere: on radios, tracks, TVs and platforms.
This doesn’t seem to sit well with Kazantzidis’ loyal fans, who see young people deifying our popular bard without knowing the basics…

A die-hard fan of “Stelara” uploaded to TikTok a video to show his rich collection and “judge” all the fasas who dealt with Kazantzidis in 2024. “When you see them all listening to Kazantzidis after the movie and you have these” he wrote in the caption.
The video went viral and all Kazantzidis fans gathered in the comments to express their annoyance at all that is happening.
“Say it, brother, everyone suddenly became Kazantzidis while we’ve been listening to him since we were born, “Those who listen to Kazantzidis after the movie came out…had never heard Stelios before…”, “Say it, friend, everyone learned about Kazantzidis through a film and if you listened to Stelios you were called old-fashioned”.
